Richard Mille

If the warranty card/papers have no dealer

authorised address or stamp, then as with any other brand, the dealer won't help.  Brands (any brand) maintains and endorses their dealer network for very obvious reasons: authenticity, quality control, and time since purchase.  Authorized dealers are there to help maintain the brand.  If your watch came from the grey market, there may be a reason for that.  The fact that the guy you bought it from does not answer your calls is also cause for concern.

Caveat emptor I am afraid.  At least your watch is genuine: I have heard of other cases where the watch was not!  And that was a whole new nightmare.

I am sorry your experience of buying your first Richard Mille has been a bad one, but when buying any item on the second market, provenance is so important.

I can try and alert Richard Mille S.A. to your plight, but not sure what can be done.
