Rant: Has anyone waited one year for replacement strap?
I ordered a replacement strap throught he JLC boutique for my boutique edition JLC sometime in December last year, and I am still waiting!
I understand that it might not be a colour in regular production, but even if they did not have one in stock, does JLC take THAT long to make a strap?
ok, sorry for the rant. I am just quite frustrated, cuz the watch is beautiful and i love it to bits, but the leather strap is deteriorating due to wear.. so i can't wear it as often as i would like.
rant over.
cheers,
Moses

No eta was given. The thing is that the boutique staff are very helpful and friendly. I think the strap problem lies somewhere else on the chain. I need to think of some other avenue to 'make some noise' cuz there is only so much the boutique staff can do...

I needed a shorter strap when I got my Reverso. It was there in I think six weeks. I believe they did had to make it, thankfully it didn't take that long. This case must be an exception. I look forward to hearing the end of this story...
