Poisoned by this beauty

I am in the process to add a La Tradition to my collection.

After my due diligence, I concluded on the 5027 in WG, black dial and dark movement. The balance of the dial, the size, the harmony, it was certainly the most appealing and indeed my favorite before trying it on the wrist.

However, when I went to the AD, i got poisoned by the presence on the wrist of the 5057 and the the contrast of the RG with the dark movement. The 5027 felt like “plain” compared with the 5057

I am not fan of RG, and I am still partial to the 5027 when I see it on picts, but this is it. Good dilemma.

Not sure how to go on, since I wouldn’t like to regret on future. Probably will try both of them again in a couple of weeks, but at this point, thoughts or inputs from dear PuristS will be much appreciated. Follow my mind or follow my feelings?

I definitely vote for the 7027 because the mouvement has been made for this version and everything is in its proper place.

Even if I prefer the YG version because it’s closer to the historical timepiece which inspired the Tradition, I think the combo RG / dark grey movement gives it an undeniable more modern look
