At a reputable dealer i recently saw a longines legend diver in rose gold with date, didn't know it existed - looked great. Has anyone else come across this version of the model? Thanks.

But after seeing it in the metal i really think the date is no 'disgrace' to the beautiful dial. On photos it might be a distinct difference, since the date seems very present. But when it's on the wrist it just seems to fit in very good... and at the off...
I'm a sucker for re-issues in general. The Legend Diver is one of my favorites, because i just love vintage super compressor dive watches. The Legend Diver is such an excellent example of a re-issue... lovely.

Longines hasn't release a press lease as far as i know, but i suspect both movements to be ETA 2892-A2 and maybe on the no date version the date function was removed. But this is just guessing...
