lange saxonia
Hello,
I had stowed away my saxonia in its box wrapped around its pillow cushion for about a year. Today when I opened the watch to wear it I found that the pillow was stuck to the watch so I pulled firmly on the watch to get it out. Now I am scared I didn't damage the watch in any way (it the holes in the lugs that contain the ends of the springbars). This may sound being overly concerned but I guess we lange enthusiasts are. I guess the question is, how much of a force will these take?
thanks for any reassurances.
best

No cause for worry

saxonia lugs

Thanks for the response. I actually wanted to know if a firm pull on the watch to pull it out of the case would not have caused the lug holes (where the leather strap attaches) to have widened or something. The situation was that the watch was tied around...
