La Monegasque with RD14 movement
Hello All
Please let me introduce myself. I'm a watch enthusiast based primarily in the UK.
I have a few watches but no RD. However, this may soon change, and you people may just be the ones who help me begin my journey with the brand.
Basically, I have recently been offered an RD La Monegasque Automatic in steel with a sub second dial at six. The watch, to me, appears legitimate and absolutely beautiful, but the movement is RD14 instead to RD821 as per RD's website. Is it possible this is an early watch? Could anyone shed light on this discrepancy, please?

Would you happen to have a picture
of the piece? Given your doubt, I would imagine you've been offered this from secondary market or grey market dealer, and most probably without any paper?

I don't believe i come across a RD14 for newer models
Should not be an RD14. RD14 more common for the early easy divers and sympathie models... can't verify without the watch photo or actual model/manufacture year
