So I traded my UN blue ocean the blue rubber quoted with this RD with the mindset to wear for a while then sell BUT....
It’s seems a spell has been cast on me
I’ve always had an affection and soft spot for cushion shaped watches and I’ve always loved the Monegasque but never pulled the trigger
Last week I had and opportunity to do a trade since I was trying to sell the UN for a while and even posted here on CM a couple of times
And the watch I made the trade with is this magnificent simple beauty which really struck me after two days of ownership

There is something really cool about that watch...
And funny thing... At SIHH, there was one booth that clearly had the happiest people with the biggest smiles... Roger Dubuis. I don't know if they're spiking the water with laughing gas, but that's just a bright spot at SIHH.

Same feelings about the Monogasque collection here. I like the time only ones and the complicated onse, the monochrome and the colourful ones: I should really get one of these, one day. Great strap combo!
IMO, one of the more "conservative" designs for RD...
... but perhaps one of my favorites!
