Jubile 1755...At last!!
Hi all,
I was finally able to bring my new baby home tonight..at last!!
It took me a while to decide on the watch, as I was looking for an annual calendar (PP) for a next purchase. However, after seeing more photos and getting some owner's feedback from this forum, I made up my mind to get myself one too.
Unfortunately, my regular AD told me that all the stock for Japan (95 pieces) had already been reserved (by other ADs, it turned out). I almost gave up but after some sound advice from WIS friends from this forum, the wife and I took turns calling different ADs.
My guardian angel must have worked overtime as I was able to find an AD with one under negotiation at the time, and another AD who had one reserved but to arrive next year (no specific date whatsoever). I had pretty much given up on the first AD, so I consoled myself that at least I had a reservation with the second AD and that next year was only a couple of months away.
Well, I must have been a very good boy this year as Santa decided to come 2 months early! 
In short, the first AD called up to tell me that the other customer backed out...and as they say, the rest is history!! Special thanks go out to Alex, Dje, WHL and Wootichai!
