Christophe Claret showed his new Maestro at the SIHH this year. I think this watch is a new welcome step for Claret, a watch in a wearable size at a lower price point, but still a completely Claret movement with many of the typical Claret features. Add to that the high box sapphire crystal which lets the multilevel open movement really shine and I thik that Claret has a winner. The cone shaped date indication is sort of neat, but the memory function didn't really speak to me, let's say I didn't understand it. But it does not bother so why not, maybe with time one can find a use for it. And not, although the watch has two pushers it is ot a chrono, one pusher is to set the date, the other for the memory function.
