JLC Duometre QL : 42 mm
Have been fascinated by the Dual Wing concept from the get go ... wasn't too keen on another Chrono so i decided to wait..
then the QL came out and had purchased a couple of other pieces at the time but when the 40.5 mm came out, i know the 42 was for me.
i went to see the Yellow Gold but the tone of the metal did nothing for me so i opted for the Rose Gold.
the package comes with a Loop as well as a Pusher to adjust the Moon-Phase.
the watch itself has a wonderful heft... i never realized that the underside edge was a concave curved scoop and not a flat bevel.
every aspect of the piece screams finesse !
here are some pictures .. you will notice in one of them that you can actually see the 1/6 hand in 2 places ( 3 and 4 ) ..
this truly is a wonderful time piece and i look forward to our bonding time
