I wanted your experienced opinion...
after many watches and various Panerais that spoiled me, I was a bit shocked by the box of the DeepSea. Do not get me wrong, I am not talking about size but rather materials. I was not seduced by the green molded plastic box even if the box disapears for ever in a cupboard it is about the experience, the first contact with the brand I hardly remember that the Daytona I gifted to my father 20 years ago had a more handcrafted packaging. It certainly has to do with mass(?) production efficiencies and cost savings. Do you have examples of non machined Rolex packaging. I am curious to see if you have other opinions on the subject. I prefer a cheap looking box and a nice and quality watch

I think they have to go hand in hand...
quality interior should also show on the exterior! I remember some of those old Rolex boxes were beautiful with embroidery and craftsmanship - everything is about cost effectiveness now!
