I hope the issue is now finally solved.
I bought my brand new RO QP in November 2014. Now the watch should be finally in perfect working condition.
I will put the watch to correct time today and give it an opportunity to prove that it's a quality product.
I had a very good discussion with the GM of AP South East Asia and in case my watch performs, one day I might buy ane more AP. Towards the end, AP handled the issue nicely and I even got a pen!
