GO Nav ND back from service...

 

About a month and a half ago I got caught in a torrential rain while wearing my GO Nav. To my horror the next day I noticed moisture on the dial and condensation under the crystal, I was sure this wasn’t going to be covered under warranty and its going to cost me a pretty penny L .

The following day 04/07/10 my watch is off to service after contacting Art for US service Info and contacting GO US service Manager ( Mr. Damien Fiandaca).

The rest goes as following:

04/10/10 :

Received a call Damien requesting a copy of the warranty card ( I had one more month left of the GO’s 2 year warranty )

04/14/10

Repair Acknowledgment Invoice came….

My watch needs a complete service, new seals, new dial and new crown, the great news is GO will cover all this work free of charge under warranty, GREAT NEWS ! So I buckled down to be without my GO for two - three months plus L

05/07/10

To my surprise my watch arrived from service and looking better then ever, plus an additional 12 month warranty . I must say this is the fastest I have ever received back a watch I sent out for service, Its pretty amazing considering all the necessary work they did on the watch.

With Mr. Fiandaca professionalism , expeditious service and quality of work I must say this has been the best service experience ever in the 20 years of my watch enthusiast career …..By the way, still waiting for my Pam 233 to return from service, its been almost three months.

GO service in the US is awesome !
