First Lange!
Hello!
Ever since Lange released the Saxonia Thin 37mm I've been smitten by its restrained beauty. Something about that watch took my breath away and I'm extremely fortunate and happy to have acquired a RG version from the NYC boutique.
The watch was sealed and I had the honour of opening the package. However, upon closer inspection I found a dust particle or some sort of debris under the A in the logo. I'm not really disappointed but would like to have it removed as I can notice it everytime I look at the watch. There's also dust on the minute hand.
If anyone here has any experience with Lange service centres or dealt with any QC issues, please share!

Bought it from the NYC boutique so I'm not worried. Also, the boutique has their in-house watchmaker which is amazing. Only problem is i live in Toronto and i actually flew down just to pick up the watch!

You should contact the NYC boutique, explain the situation (ideally send them a pic of the dust on the dial), and ask them to tell you how you can get the watch shipped back to NYC and then (later) back to you at no cost and with no Customs hassles. I'm s...

Emong contacted me and said they had already arranged for an exchange to be sent to Canada where a member of the Richemont group will deliver the new watch. By far the best customer service in the watch world.

Upon further inspection this morning I found s couple of other issues on the movement. There's appears to be a smudge on the ratchet wheel and some sort of scrapes on the plate adjacent to it. ...
