I got a call today from the NYC boutique manager saying they've already sent a new piece to Canada where someone here from Richemont will deliver the piece to me and exchange it.
I honestly am beyond impressed. My previous dealings with Rolex and Patek were handled very differently. I expected some form of exchange but I was more concerned about having to pay for another flight to NYC to perform the exchange and waiting for a new piece to come in. This is excellent customer service and shows an outstanding commitment and respect Lange has to its craft and its collectors.
I have my eyes on the 1815 chronograph boutique edition now!
