Datejust quartz and automatic (17014+16234)

The dials are similar, timers closed, however on the DJ we note a different font for the Roman numerals, and points of Tritium at every hour on the DJOQ, note also the differences in fonts, and obviously, the words "quartz" and "perpetual"

The difference of thickness in cases is significant

Movements do not have much in common: 3135 on the DJ, 5035 on DJOQ (nevertheless, some gear trains of 5035 Quartz are the same as that of 3035)
