Are you doing this on a PC with a browser or the iOS app?
A browser is advisable. Go to CM, click on the pencil icon top right corner and follow the prompts.
I just posted a test for sale ad and it shows-up.

Is all the language about for your safety supposed to appear by default?
Those remarks weren’t present when I drafted my post. Maybe that’s the issue?
