One photo of this watch which is one of my favorite Chopard I had the pleasure to see in person a long time ago.

44mm, for a good reason: The movement. But only 11 mm high, the case...

The front is too similar to the 1937 classic to make it stand out. That's probably because the 1937 dial is spectacular for the price.

Agreed on the back. I will post the review soon. As for the 1937 isn't it the one with the date?

Even if due to the movement (and Chopardā€™s in my opinion slightly misguided case growth spurt of the time) itā€™s quite on the large side for many wrists šŸ˜Š

The lugs are short, so there is some compensation to the case size.
