I personally love the fact that FP decided to bring it back, I see it as a chance for young collectors to obtain such a rarity, it shows respect from the brand to its collectors. Please share your thoughts on it. ...  

It’s a second chance for some 👍

As some people who just got into the brand are faced with no option other than heading to the grey market, this is an amazing second chance for them to get a brass movement.

I did not mean an average new comer with no pieces from Journe. I meant the people who started collecting after the brass era.

I never liked the original because of the date, I don’t like any of the current Lune or Divine references because of the inclusion of the date. I will concede that the date looks better to me in the current iterations, but I still am not a fan of the over... 

But Why buy something you dont like, even if youre a collector. I would never do that!

Keeping in mind that I have not always thought like this, I don’t think someone should get a watch and justify the purchase for the sake of adding it to the else every collection of a huge collector would be the same. The personal touch is what makes it ...

My point, as I elaborated on above was a whole other alternative rationale for buying something. Solely because it completes or is core to a larger collection. Alone, it’s not interesting but as part of the group it’s appealing.

It used to be funny when it was Panerai and Rolex. Everyone had the same Panerais, Rolexes, and so on. Now, it's still the same, everyone has the same things, Nautilus, Rolex GMT and Daytona, and some Patek Philippe perpetual calendar or WorldTime... Breg... 

...I think it’s a valid position to hold as a collector that sometimes a decision is made for the sake of the collection. In this case I was suggesting some will see it necessary to add this piece in order to fill a place in the collection. I don’t think ...
