And relax
Hi All
After over 5 1/2 years of wearing my Urushi every day it's finally having a rest.
I've enjoyed wearing it every day, but after a few days of not being very active at all - chained to desk at home, it finally hit it's power reserve limits. Felt like a good point to let it relax for a bit. Who knew it would be covid that would stop me wearing it - even indirectly.
Views haven't ever really changed on it - I still think it's a bit big & thick, but then that doesn't really matter when it's got the glorious black dial. And yes let's be honest for this watch it's all about the dial - a wonderful dark lustrous black with almost unplumbed depths & glorious gold highlights.
I'm guessing it won't be long before I'm wearing it again, but for now I'll let it enjoy it's well earned rest.
