I generally keep only one metal bracelet sport watch that I wear when the situation requires it (e.g., the weather is hot and steamy; I'm roughing it outdoors; I'm likely to be exposed to moisture; etc.) or I have a whim to do so. In the past, watches from Ebel, Benz, Omega, Ball and G.O. have filled this niche; my current steel bracelet sport watch is a UTS 1000m v2 GMT:
I love this watch and think I would die happy if the UTS were to be the end of this part of my personal horological journey,,,,(I'm generally moving toward more classic, dress-oriented designs). Nevertheless, you'll notice that two beloved sport/diving watch brands (Rolex and Grand Seiko) are not among those I've owned...which brings me to my question:
Should I (would you) trade this piece for either a new Rolex Submariner or a Seiko Spring Drive diver and if so, which?
Thanks
