15202 advice
Hello -
I'm a big fan of the RO 15202s, as many of us are. What are people's thoughts on the current 15202 (beautiful blue dial, return to roots, also $22k) compared to a slightly earlier 15202 (I believe I've seen 2006 models with white faces selling for $15k range). I've seen people compare the current 15202 to the current 15450, and also to the original Jumbo, but not to older but more recent 15202s.
What are the differences? Any advice on saving some $ to get an earlier 15202 vs the current?
Thanks!

Super helpful! Thanks, orangedial, for the link and the write-up! I love the current 15202 (blue dial, color-matched date, AP-logo location), but it seems that the pre-2012 15202 might actually be a great deal, being $5-8k less. Any thoughts?
Understandable dilemma.

I won't lie - before I bought my new Royal Oak Extra Thin last year, I considered purchasing the older model pre-owned and saving on cost. However, I know myself, and that decision would have stuck in my craw forever. Budget is a factor for all of us, but...
New 15202 all the way!

I have owned three early RO Jumbos, ref. 5402. They are lovely, uncomparable and nowadays rare in good condition. But they also appear more fragile. Then I got myself a NOS 15202 from 2010 with white dial. It is a nice watch but I could not warm to it: th...
