With all those circles on the dial, perhaps Ostrich leather would be a good match?
The chronograph counters and running seconds subdial remind me of circular patterns on ostrich leather.
Perhaps that is easier to find than pterodactyl straps?

I've seen a tan coloured ostrich leather strap
It was 26x18mm widths in the old style with finished outer surface. I expect other colours would have been made. The new leather straps have finished inner and outer surfaces. Regards, MTF

22 is common for Chopard in that range...
21 for GPMH IIRC and 20 for most MMs. Picking up the other strap (for the 2014 Race Edition Mille Miglia) tomorrow - looking forward to it
