Hi Kong,
Thanks for the advice. I personally do not mind the 39mm case size, I have a Lange 1815 (36mm) thus I do not wish to duplicate with another similar style of watch like the 1.96.
I have tried the fluerier before and AD still have 1or 2 left. To me, if I spend above S$10k I have 2 key criterias, it must be in-house movement and a see-thru case back(unless is a rugged sports watch). Though the see-thru case back is not mandatory, its a pity if I can't see and enjoy the beautiful 1.96 movement. The twist has a very modern yet retro style and th black/silver white combination is nice, though I can't say the odd crown at 6 is good-looking but I can accept its bold style.
I have also compare with the Sincere tech twist limited edition but it just wasn't for me even though is only 100 pieces(I learnt later another tech twist version has a global 250 edition). I guess I have to compare and see side by side between the 2 to make a decision. Their prices are very close. Fluerier is special because of its limited production, engrave back, and unique fuerier certification. Twist is stunning and has the 1.96 movement, geneva seal and see-thru back.
The new WG doesn't seems to be a stepdown from the RG version. In long term from investment perspective I believe Fluerier might be better but again I'm not particular sure if L.U.C can even do well in the 2nd-hand market. However, I think for its price is a good value.
Tough decision. Once I acquire the piece I promise I will post the photos. In the meantime, anyone own a twist can post some photos?
