It depends on your preference and only you can make the final decision. The LUC movement is renowed for its movement finish and to me, it is a pity if you can't see and admire the movement. If this is the case, then you can forget about Fluerier RG. Limited edition watch is only desirable if there is a big demand for it. Despite there are only 250 produced, I have seen at least two Fluerier still sitting in the watch shops windows for some time in Hong Kong, so I believe it is not that "hot". However, the two colour combination looks much more attractive than the Fluerier WG. So it seems that the regular twist is a better choice as it got a display back and also the level of finish for Geneve Seal is better than the Fluerier. Plus it has a Breguet hair spring and swan-neck regulator, which are only found in very high priced models in other brands. I myself has bought the earlier 1.96 model due to its classic styling and smaller in size (36mm). Hope this help.
