How is the men's 1937 for Valentine's Day different from the model in series production, the 168558-3001?
As far as I can tell and going by the specs on Chopard's website, they are the same diameter, have the same movement, have almost exactly the same dial - the only differences I can discern are that the model you posted doesn't say 'automatic' on the dial (hurray!) and is the tiniest bit thicker, although I can't figure out why. What am I missing?
