Seen in Vienna – The Chopard LUC Sport

In Vienna, I had the chance to have a closer look on a couple of Chopard watches.
One of them this Chopard LUC Sport reference 8200 in blue!
The quite plain 40 mm brushed steel case in combination with the beautiful decorated blue dial makes a powerful combo!
Strong and elegant at the same time.
Difficult to think that this watch is from the beginning of the Millennium…
Especially in blue, which is this year’s colour for sure!
(For a GP fan – blue the colour of every year, but this year I think all brands has gone for the blue!)
Inside is the LUC Calibre 4.96.
Very nice micro-rotor movement with double barrels, hack function on the central seconds and a power reserve of 65 hours(!).
The blend of polished steel, dark finished rotor and gilt gear train a good sporty look and contrast.
A very nice experience. Thank you to KMII for letting me discover this Chopard LUC Sport!
