New 2007 Mille Miglia GT XL Chrono
Just bought this beautiful piece in steel... for the brand, the size, the 3D face and color and the fact that it's a limited edition.
The movement is the good old 7750, but WOW what a difference in performance for an oscillating pinion clutch!
The chrono start function is vertually flawless, no jumps back or forward. I'm looking for more info on the improvements
Chopard made to it. Did they add a column wheel or make other refinements? The case back has the ingraved
Mille Miglia race corse so there's no looking in. Anyone have more detail on the treatment of the movement?

This piece is extremely popular and during Tempus last 2 weeks, the only available 5 pieces were snapped during the first day! I happened to meet a couple who were so happy to find it in Singapore (as in Switzerland, the queue is up to end of this year).....
