There was an exhibit of L.U.C at The Hour Glass Ginza the other day and I was fortunately invited to it. Wonderful LUC watches as well as THE Triple Certificate one and some display of the example of the Chopard L.U.C. historical master pieces. Personally, I have been a big fan of L.U.C. pieces and I had lots of fun there.
Hope you enjoy the photo report as well as I did.

Lady's collection

L.U.C. Lunar One and Regulator

The latest L.U.C. Quattro and first generation Quattro blue dial.

L.U.C. 1.98 for Quattro

L.U.C. Ultra Thin

Obviously, the certificate is for 1.96 while the movement in front of it is 96.13-L or QP

L.U.C Quattro Tourbillon

Its Caliber

The original one with L.U.C. 1.96 caliber - a masterpiece IMHO....

Inside the store - various display about the history, qualification, heritage of L.U.C., Geneve Seal, and Qualite Fleurier.

L.U.C. Louis Ulysse Tribute (to be reviewed later)

Its caliber and the chain for pocket watch use.

Lunar One - 2012 version: on the top, "L.U. Chopard" and day/night indicator has black lower half.

Poincon de Geneve 125th Anniversary Edition

Its caliber - This is 1.96, NOT 1.98....

Now, on the wrist review time. I picked these three + Engine one to try on.

First up is Strike One

Interesting small second dial....

Now, the "note" mark means it does strike every hour while "rest" mark means the function is off. The sound is surprisingly good - subtle but very nicely done.

L.U.C. 96SH

40.5mm case is not too bad for my smallish (6.45") wrist.

Now, THE Triple Certification Tourbillon

The case side is unique where the brush pattern is not horizontal but vertical.

L.U.C. 1.02QF

43mm may be too big for my wrist, but what can I say when I am allowed to wear this masterpiece?

L.U.C. Louis-Ulysse The Tribute

Detached from the strap

L.U.C. EHG

Nice pocket watch!

Well done dial.

Of course, 49.60mm seems a bit too much for my wrist..... not for everybody.

...but the beauty of this watch, pocket or wrist, is somewhat irresistible....

Honest comparison with Lange 1815 THE original MP (35.9mm)

The last trial is the Engine One.

I think this is a very well made dial configuration and design. Reminds of car instrumental panel.

L.U.C. 1TRM

The back of the caliber is handsome, too.

Titanium body is very light.

That's it for a day of LUC

Overall, those LUC watches confirm the solid offering of the line-up, as well as the quality of Chopard as a watch brand as evidenced by these certifications. I am glad I went to the exhibit as it is not easy to handle so many LUCs at one place.
Many thanks to Chopard Japan and The Hour Glass Ginza. Thank you.
