The newer iterations may have shorter lugs fitting a wider array of wrists better and the titanium case is lighter for sure but I am still in love with my 2008 Watch of the Year in Japan steel iteration showcasing the first in house chrono movement of Chopard. It has the patina of over a decade, including bite marks from my then teething daughter π€£π€·π»ββοΈ But in this case patina is things experienced with a watch on the wrist. Was the last watch that was in the daily wear category for many months, before more started entering the watch box and made the concept untenable. Still a really fun piece ππ»
