Chopard

I agree on 99% of what you said, and essentially on the high power of attraction of this watch. The only thing is that this dial is lacquered, not enameled... I checked because it is deep warm and silky like an enamel dial. ;)

If it had to be that size, they should have gone all in with a pocket watch, in my opinion.

A large watch no doubt but one where the movement fully justifies it. And a gem, front and back 🙌🏻

I totally agree with you. I was minding my own business when I and a couple of friends walked into our friendly Chopard boutique.

The boutique manager presented me with this watch. I put it on and essentially could not take it off. It is magnificent with an stunning movement built from a pocket watch movement. The dial, enamel, is pure. I particularly enjoy the red highlights on the...

"porcelain like", not sure what that means. Whatever, it is a gorgeous dial. The added benefit is it is so easy to read, I don't need my glasses. Mitch
