Date 'stuck' issue, heard about it for the initial batches of the 1860/2 series and it was due to tolerances (dimensions) and it was already solved.
If it is Twist, this is getting strange. I tested a few of them and their date-discs jumped swifly just before 12:04am for all with the softest turn of the crowns(knob 
)
Could you share more where you heard about it?
