The above is the menu for the night.  The white wine served was a 2006 Puligny-Montrachet, Jean-Louise Chavy.  Red wine was a 2004 Nebbiolo d'Alba, 'Valmaggiore', Luciano Sandrone.  I felt the white was better than the red.
