Chopard Pro One GMT LUC - Bezel
I own a Chopard Pro One GMT LUC, model 15/8959-3001 and need a new ceramic bezel insert.
1. Does anyone have any idea what Chopard charges for one, they will not provide an estimate without the watch in hand? Also, will Chopard just switch out the bezel insert or do they require additional services be performed (such as movement cleaning, etc.)?
2. Does anyone know where an authentic bezel insert can be purchased outside of Chopard?
Just trying to find an alternative to sending the watch to Chopard - where it will probably be swallowed up for a month +. Thank you in advance for any help.

This term makes me smile... hope all brands realise this 'not so nice' connotation. Regarding the full or no service policy, I need to check it out too. Just thinking aloud while typing, from the manufacturers/brands perspective, it does make sense. It co...
