Chopard Chrono Movement Very Similar to F.Piguet F1150?

I've just been browsing the bay for Chopard watches to see what's what and was surprised to see a CHOPARD CERAMIC MONACO GRAND PRIX HISTORIQUE for sale.

Not unusual, but what struck me was that the movement wasn't the usual ETA/Valjoux affair. It has a display back and the movement looks to be of F.Piguet origin. At least, the automatic winding module looks exactly the same as the flyback movements I've seen in many Blancpains.

So does Chopard use F.Piguet ebauches in some of their chronos, or is this a genuine chopard manufacture movement that I haven't heard of?
