I always look at the movement with great pleasure while winding, because the power reserve indicator can de seen in action and also, more importantly to me, the click of the mainspring.
On my Cornes de Vache, there's nothing to see when I wind it, but the feeling is wonderful, lighter than on the Quattro Spirit 25, where there are 4 stacked barrels to wind up, so the feeling it a little stronger.

And I must say that the texture is even more visible on the white gold/black dial variant.

I’m not convinced by some of the other popular Chopard watches of today, but this one I would have no hesitation on if finances permitted.

These are great watches.
They can handle anything! And if there's a nicer occasion you can always put on any of the LF, Spirit, or CdV. Very well-rounded collection.
