The other impressive one must be the red bakelite Santos!! I think these are new acquisitions for Cartier, this is the first time we are seeing these unique pieces.
I'm quite surprised you didn't mention these two unique Santos when you reviewed the exhibition! 
The most beautiful Santos ever
The Cartier Paris 1921 Santos with black enamel décor. What a breathtaking iteration of the classic yellow gold Santos Dumont. Classy and sinister at the same time. Cartier never publicized this model until the 2017 Cartier in Motion exhibition in London....
Normally "two tone" doesn't work well, but this is perfect
