Some models never become anything, just because the design is not strong enough. And the Cristallor is in my opinion such model. I doubt that Cartier will ever re release this watch again. Take for instance the 'Pebble' watch, designed by Cartier London, ...

Wrong reference numbers

The reference numbers 1543 is wrong. It should be 5512116 for the Paris and London versions.
This is just a stepped tank not Cristallor

In my knowledge the stepped tank is not equal to Cristallor in so many ways. Try google Cartier 78095/78096 and you will know the difference. And the model you showed could be gold plated whereas the Cristallor is 18K gold both in Jumbo and XL size.
