I decided NOT to buy the steel Cartier Tank Basculante
Some years ago, I toyed with the idea of buying a Cartier Tank Basculante in steel case.
It was a limited edition anniversary piece that a dealer had stashed away for years to make a killing profit.
Alas, we could not agree on price.....him being a dealer and me only an enthusiast. 
Despite being "stored" it had some flaws.....
My time had come and gone...........
