I am the opposite.
I prefer the screws !
I was going to purchase a Ecrou de Cartier a little while back, and more recently looked again, but each time I could not get comfortable at how easily it could be opened. It was unnerving. My wife also had to have another clasp based bracelet repaired twice because it continued to open on the wrist (hopefully third times a charm).
The Juste un Clou has also appeared more solid based on my interactions with it. I think if (when) they release a PVD or brushed version I might be on for it. Notably after years and years I’ve seen they now have a brushed Love (it’s taken me a decade to achieve that finish naturally LOL) and a really funky distressed looking Ecrou (albeit priced a little silly).
Slowly but surely
Working my way towards some CPCP and modern Privé stuff and eventually a NSO. Not bad for one week of getting into Cartier… ...
For me the Santos Dumont is my favourite of those.

Those two are the wife's but yes
I own the new Large juste un clou in yellow in size 18 without pavé and am going to get the classic in yellow without pave. The love is great, but I don't like how on the non paved versions you still need to use a screwdriver haha.

Well done — agreed about that Santos-Dumont in black lacquer.
