Easy choice I hasten to say
I would think that a gentleman of your stature will likely see more leisure days ahead as opposed to the grind of the daily office. You already have dress watches in your collection. So for the day out trip to Sentosa, or the drive up to KL, or the round of golf at Mission Hills, or a night at the tables at MBS, I suggest the Cartier diver, and since you do not dive, why not treat yourself to the dressy diver, in Rose Gold. A perfect gentleman's leisure watch.

But if you want to get a Sport watch that is a Cartier then the Calibre de Cartier Diver would be ideal. However as stated by Darren, this wouldn't be a true divers watch. SC
