No kidding, my wife came over to see why I was laughing out loud at your post.
I know it's no laughing matter, but here's what I saw 30 minutes ago when I came down to my office:
In my case it was easy to fix - open the door, tickle the left wheel and it jumped up. In theory it will be the same for yours, but a much bigger nuisance to fix.
Sorry. But something is dragging or slightly out of adjustment on your date mechanism. And it's not rocket science!

More seriously, it is not normal. And I don't see why it could be an user error. The date system is not working properly. Period. So they have to fix it. Best regards. Fx

That we were using the quick date change mechanism between 21.00 and 03.00, which definitely did not happen...

Took it to be fixed today and the dealer was quite perplexed himself but suitably apologetic. Let\'s see how it goes...
