As an alternative, there are many reputable online seller/dealers, most with liberal return policies. Based on the prices you indicated, this is likely a lower-end, probably stainless BB which should be redialy available from many sellers. You can also go to Watchnet.com , and try searching the dealer you are considering in their "Good Guys" section, for other's previous experiences.

Paperwork really isn't critical for me for a used watch but I do prefer the watch to have it though. In any case, the main point is what SJX pointed out. If you don't trust the seller, then don't buy it. Cheers, Anthony
