A visit at the flat of Mr and Mrs C.

If you remember well, I presented during the first quarter a great exhibition of the full Cartier collection organized in a contemporary hotel of Paris. This organization was actually a gathering of different scenes played by models who put on stage the Cartier items. It was a very fun, enjoyable and at the end useful way to present the novelties to the International Press.

And several months later, Cartier offered us a similar exhibition but obviously, in another context.

This time, let's imagine that Mr and Mrs C. are big Cartier collectors... and that they decide to sell everything to leave Paris and live in a secret and remote place... so let's discover their flat just before the big journey!

The exhibition was not focused on the timepieces even if a room was dedicated to them.

But I want to share with you these pictures to make you understand how Cartier works and the efficient approach to display the collection.

Actually, there was a novelty (I mean a watch I didn't know) which was presented in the watches room. I took the decision to not post pictures because due to the lights conditions, their quality was too low for our forum standard. But I asked Cartier to organize me a specific shooting session in a more appropriate location for such pictures. So stay tuned!

In the meantime, please enjoy this picture of the Santos-Dumont on a wrist of a lovely Cartier lady... as you can guess it due to the LC symbol on the dial!
