Bulgari

Hi everyone, I just purchased a brand new GG Arena Biretro with a rubber strap. I was trying to size the strap and somehow I miscalculated the and cut too much off... now the watch is soo tight I can't wear it. Any idea where I can purchase a replacement ...  

I noticed when I close the clasp the larger top piece does not sit flush with the small piece. I have attached a picture. Is this a problem? Where could I have this fixed. Thanks...  

....that the clasp isn't flush is because the rubber strap wasn't cut perfectly straight when you tried to resize it and part of it is sticking out so check this too.

Hi jav and welcome to the forum. The most obvious answer to your question is to seek out your local Bulgari boutique for a replacement trap. They should definitely be able to help with that. Also, someone posted recently that Bulgari has released a catalo... 

a month ago for my Sport Biretro and my Fantasy (Navigator) through my AD. They checked with Bulgari and they said I should have them in January. I just want to keep them in stock, in case they discontinue the straps in the future.
