Also, someone posted recently that Bulgari has released a catalog with parts acessories for GG and DR owners. Perhaps you can ask about this. I'm sure they will be able to help with the clasp issue as well. It shouldn't stick out like that. Thanks again.

Hi everyone, I just purchased a brand new GG Arena Biretro with a rubber strap. I was trying to size the strap and somehow I miscalculated the and cut too much off... now the watch is soo tight I can't wear it. Any idea where I can purchase a replacement ...
Also the clasp is not flush when closed. Anyone else have this issue?
I noticed when I close the clasp the larger top piece does not sit flush with the small piece. I have attached a picture. Is this a problem? Where could I have this fixed. Thanks...
One possible reason....
....that the clasp isn't flush is because the rubber strap wasn't cut perfectly straight when you tried to resize it and part of it is sticking out so check this too.

I actually ordered two rubber straps...
a month ago for my Sport Biretro and my Fantasy (Navigator) through my AD. They checked with Bulgari and they said I should have them in January. I just want to keep them in stock, in case they discontinue the straps in the future.
