Bulgari PuristSPro Dinner in Singapore

 

29 January 2011 was the final day of the well-received Bulgari's three-day  "A New Face in Time" Watch Exhibition   at the LUXE Muesum in Singapore.  During the evening, Bulgari and PuristSPro hosted a dinner for a group of their VIP clients and some of the PuristS.
Indeed an exclusive evening of Bulgari luxury experience, we have the exhibition hall to ourselves with the company of the Bulgari Watch Unit and local team, a Master-Watchmaker and one of their fine dining Chefs from Bulgari Hotels & Resorts, Bali.

Guests arrived punctually by 7pm, and was guided through the exhibition on the ground floor. 

Next  was invited to the second floor to see the BVLGARI  Daniel Roth and Gerald Genta Collections.  After which the Bulgari Team mingled with the guests.  Master Watchmaker, Bernard Aeschlimann (on the stage), expert in Grand Sonnerie movements for more than fifteen years was ready to demonstrate the movement GG 31002.

After the grand sonnerie demonstration, the next to catch the eyes of the guests was the Il Giocatore Veneziano Minute Repeater Automaton.




This one over million dollar automaton cum minute-repeater, only five sets are made.

Dr Melvyn Teillol-Foo thanked Bulgari for hosting a dinner for the PuristS and highlighted an interesting observation that the evening dinner was an international meet-up with Bulgari executives from both Switzerland, Rome and local, and guests from South East Asia region ...

The main course - Confit of Braised Lamb, Anna Potato Terrine, Cauliflower Cream.




After that some eye-candies were shown to the guests before the dessert ...

Interesting 2 year-young well aged Gefica. 
Owner was relating to us, last month, during a meal, accidentally spilled plum sauce onto the bezel ( at the zero to ten minutes quadrant).
After wiping clean, the oxidation was removed
