Sorry to hear about your 5207. Is it consistently fast or running erratically? There are several possible explanation from a simple magnetized hairspring to a fault with the watch. The Breguet warranty will be honored internationally so I would not expect this to be an issue. The North American Boutiques are in New York and Beverly Hills but I would just contact whatever authorized Breguet dealer is closest to you.
It is always a little sad when our precious watches don’t perform as expected, but this unfortunately happens at all levels of the industry. I have found Breguet to be quite responsive to my questions, both locally and in Switzerland. I am sure they will be able to sort things out for you.
Let us know how you get on and post some pictures one day; did you get the white or yellow gold? The retrograde seconds is not my favorite method of displaying this function, but the dial is just beautiful; very classical and timeless.
