The more I think about it
I would say that it narrows down to either the 7137 or the 7337.
The 7137 has the history that links it to the Breguet No 5. I also like the power reserve hanging at 10 position, it's so Breguet, almost like a brand scar. Also comes with the freedom of no seconds (one way to look at it).
Also there is no Rose gold choice, to me that's saying loud and clear: "I am sticking to the original as much as possible" In other words " Iconic Breguet "
The 7337 was introduced at basel 2009. More symmetric, with windows for the day and date that even though is Breguet DNA it gives a slightly more modern appearance. Not just in the outside, remember that this movement comes with Silicon escapement. Also if you need the second hand this one has it with the addition of the day indicator. You would loose the PR though, I love PR's but the trade out here is a good one.
Is a tough one; because I think that the 7137 is better seated on the Breguet Catalogue, but the 7337 brings innovation on the movement with very useful windows.

While the date is one of the most useful functions, the style of the 7787 wins it for me. Power reserve is less important given its automatic. This comes down to style, which is a personal matter.
The distinctive array of the complications
is by far the best attribute of the 7787, and probably the main reason to get this watch.
