though I have never put my 5327 on the winder. I find setting the 5327 is not as troublesome as setting the date on 5707, which is a real pain (on my finger tips 
).
For your info, there is no Breguet Boutique in Hong Kong. I believe you will have to preorder the winder from an AD.
